To day we are going to c how one system communicate with another system in W.W.W (World Wide Web)
As we have names in the same way computer will also have a name in computer language it is known as
IP Address by which computer's can find,communicate with each other
At first these IP Address were assigned by IANA -Internet Assigned Numbers Authority if u want to have a detailed information about pls visit http://www.iana.org/ , http://www.topology.org/comms/nic.html,
http://www.beethink.com/BeeGuardian/IPBlocker/IPList.htm,
Friends up to now we are using IPV4 ip address version in which we have only 410 crores ip addresses
as days are passing new websites are launched these are started reducing at present we have countable ip addresses only
so to reduce this situation new version is released known as IPV6 in which we have approximately 3400000000000000000000000000000000000000 ip address
Friends above addresses will clear all ur doubt regarding ip addresses
